The most enjoyable part of my day is working with a large cultural diversity and helping people to learn direct selling skills. I also have representatives who I have trained and catlog now selling Avon products on their own.
You get to work from home and make your own schedule. Avon used to be a great company to work for, then they got greedy, not caring about their employees or their representatives, just wanting the bottom line to grow.
The shipping does not cattalog as long as I thought it would.

I like the website makes it easy to order the things that the customer want. Sometime was very busy other times very slow I love to work i was my on boss The meeting Was Very Fun.
If camania need help just ask the other Avon representatives and they are more than willing to help. I started out in Quality Assurance on 2nd shift. Great working with Customers. Later, my job was eliminated and I tested and passed MS Office for another job on first shift. I wanted something with benefits and advancement. I’ve learned campaania constant high-touch contacts is required to help keep independent sellers motivated in this challenging economy.
I have learned many things about customer needs and how to meet their needs and what products they need. After that I type their orders into an Avon Computer program. Very fun To Work. I am in the Honor Society for several years. I work approximately 60 – 70 hours per week from a remote location, traveling across 21 counties on a daily basis, using a section plan to help ensure I can see as many top sellers, leaders, and new independent consultants on a regular basis.
The campaia were good. I love working around things that I enjoy. The more value your sales come out to be, the more percentage you get from it. Good benefits, poor management.

District Sales Manager has to be constantly meeting with new reps and old reps. Every two weeks I call my customers for their orders.
Svon was simple just to go to people houses and offer them a catalog of the product we offered I would sit and catalpg about what product worked well for them and take their orders at the end. It was a great sales job, just looking for something more.
I just feel good about working for a company like this. The company was trusted I used the products. I handled the ordering of products for customers and returning money to the company. You can also lose money, Results vary based on team.
