There are great characters and the viking setting was fantastic. Blood Eye is a page turner and a fast read; once I was in the mood for a blood and guts novel like it and I started it seriously, I could not put it down and finished it in one sitting. Aug 26, Emelia rated it it was amazing.

Blood Eye by Giles Kristian, would not be complete unless my review of it in was brought to the table too. But the Norsemen’s world is a savage one, where loyalty is often repaid in blood and where a young man must become a killer to survive.
